The time has come, the end is near… 2011 is coming to an end. When we were about to head into 2011, I was prepared for many firsts in this year. A lot of firsts came along, but not the kind of firsts I wanted or expected.
Life can’t be planned, that is certainly something that I’ve learned throughout life. I was planning on being optimistic about 2011, but sometimes adversity just happens. I’m not complaining, because I know that I’m very blessed and there are many people out there in the world who have so much more to worry about…
There have been many good things about 2011 too, I’m not forgetting about this at all. I’m just saying that I’m ready to leave 2011 behind. I know that 2012 will be a very challenging year for my family and myself... but I know we’ll get through it, because it’s a part of life.
So… I’m ready to leave the old behind and prepared to face the new that is yet to come. Hope that you are too!
